Added

• scriptcomp now emits some messages as non-fatal warnings, and the API also carries this metadata.
• scriptcomp gained --fatal-warnings to treat warnings as errors.
• scriptcomp: The test suite now compiles the entire base-game script corpus (tests/nwscript/base-game-data-37-17) against a checked-in expectation table (some are already broken and known to fail).

Fixed

• scriptcomp: A function whose implementation returns void while its declaration returns a value now compiles with a warning instead of failing. The opposite mismatch remains an error, as it would otherwise result in a stack misalign.
• Hardened the build scaffold to prevent including the wrong arch binaries.
• Fixed the build scaffold dropping some binaries on x86_64-macos build.
