Fix: Enter key in raw-mode TUI apps (e.g. Claude Code)

  • Send CR (\r) instead of LF (\n) for Enter key on serial console, matching real terminal behavior
  • Fixes Enter key not working in raw-mode TUI apps (Claude Code, vim, etc.) running inside VMs
  • Normalize pasted newlines (\r\n → \r, \n → \r) so multi-line paste works in TUI apps
  • Fix Ctrl+C cancel sequences to use CR consistently
