Fix noid console hanging/failing when connecting from a remote machine.

Server:

  • Set O_NONBLOCK on upgraded WS socket via fd discovery so ws.read() returns WouldBlock instead of blocking forever
  • Restore required Upgrade/Connection headers in 101 response
  • Add version to startup log to catch stale binaries
  • Log WS auth failures

Client:

  • Add ws_connect() with 10s connect timeout and explicit blocking mode
  • Remove pre-handshake read timeout that caused EAGAIN/WouldBlock confusion
  • Deduplicate WS request-building code in console and exec
