v0.2.8 — Fix network interface restore after snapshot

What changed

Snapshot restore (noid restore) was failing because Firecracker's PATCH endpoint for /network-interfaces/{id} doesn't accept host_dev_name. The fix uses PUT with the full interface config (iface_id, guest_mac, host_dev_name), matching the initial VM creation call.
