• Pair command.execute.before and command.execute.after with the same message identity, including refusal, failure and interruption, so managed continuation can release the matching submission lock.
• Surface native slash-command errors and restore refused input to its matching empty editor. Preserve a newer draft and retain the refused input in the existing stash.
• Retain the previous release's dependency lock, models snapshot and native ChatGPT request fixes.

Verification before candidate preparation: 90 source tests passed, one existing test skipped; two actual TUI submission/refusal tests passed. Plugin, OpenCode and TUI package typechecks passed.
The governed build report records immutable artifact digests and six-platform verification separately.

Publication does not install or activate this version. Application catalog adoption follows verification of the exact published tag and all release assets. Installation and activation remain in the existing Guide reviewed managed-update workflow. Real bound-session continuation and completed-work acceptance remain pending.
