Managed OpenCode 1.18.23-managed.28 from ca948ac.
Corrects native authoring file permission matching for authorized project paths while preserving scope boundaries, protected files and symlink checks.
Includes six platform archives, license, SHA-256 checksums and unsigned source identity evidence. Linux x64 executable identity was verified locally; other platforms were built and inspected.
