Version 3.5.0 - alpha 1

This is an early alpha version of new nRF Connect Device Manager 3.5.

Two new modules have been added:

1. mcumgr-ble2
   This adds a new Bluetooth LE transport based on Kotlin BLE Library, instead of the previously used Android BLE Library.
2. mcumgr-core-ktx
   Adds Kotlin wrappers for Mcu managers allowing to use suspend methods instead of callbacks.

Both new modules are optional. The mcumgr-core or mcumgr-core-ktx works with either of the BLE transport modules.
