Fixed

• History no longer disappears after you sideload a new version. Every finished and given-up focus block was already backed up to your account, but the app only sent them up and never brought them back. It now restores your whole history automatically, the first time it syncs after an install or update (and on any other device signed in to the same account).
• Restored blocks keep their task, time, length and done / gave-up status, and nothing is duplicated.
