v0.3.0

New license, new home.

• The notefeed server (web app and Docker image) is now licensed under AGPL-3.0. Self-hosting stays free. Anyone running a modified version as a service must publish their changes.

• The client packages (PyPI and npm notefeed) are licensed under Apache-2.0.

• Versions up to 0.2.x remain under the MIT License.

• The documentation moved to https://notefeed.me.

• The package metadata now has homepage, issues and changelog links, and keywords.

• The Docker image no longer bundles the unused sharp image library, so it is about 70 MB smaller (264 MB).
