Changed

• Item label translations as locale tabs: the raw JSON textarea of the item form (translations) is a FormKit
  TranslatableMapType (one text field per locale, rendered as UiKit locale tabs in the page and the dialog). Tabs
  come from nowo_breadcrumb_kit.locales (empty: the FormKit locales, i.e. framework.enabled_locales), the default
  tab from default_locale. Labels of locales that are not tabs are kept on save and listed in the field help; an
  emptied tab removes its label; no labels at all is stored as null as before. Each label is limited to 512
  characters (error on its tab).
• BreadcrumbItemType takes $locales and $defaultLocale constructor arguments (wired by the extension).
• Demo locked to FormKit 2.13 / UiKit 2.5; README screenshot of the item dialog re-captured with the label tabs.
• Requires nowo-tech/form-kit-bundle ^2.13 (was ^2.0) and nowo-tech/ui-kit-bundle ^2.5.1 (was ^2.2).

Added

• Translation key form.breadcrumb_item.translations.help_other_locales; translations.label / .help reworded
  (no more JSON example) in every shipped locale.
