• .php-cs-fixer.dist.php: new ParallelConfig(2) (REQ-CS-001).
• Controllers, form types and Configuration are marked @final (real final in 2.0): they are not extension points; decorate or replace the services instead (REQ-PHP-001). See UPGRADING.
• The submission delete button is rendered with a Symfony form (form_start / form_end, same _token id) instead of raw <form> / <input> markup (REQ-TWIG-005).

• CI: static-analysis job (PHPStan, Rector dry run, Igor) and a Demo smoke workflow; make demo-smoke / demo release-verify require a final HTTP 200 (REQ-CS-006, REQ-TEST-011).
• docs/CONFIGURATION.md lists the supported locales (REQ-I18N-002); README coverage figure refreshed to 99.62% (REQ-TEST-003); make help follows the standard block order; the co-author check accepts git worktrees.
