Added

• Setup-token gate presentation options (setup.token_gate, 1.22): an optional illustration above the auth panel
  (illustration: asset path shorthand or { src, webp, width, height, alt }, rendered as <picture> with a WebP
  source and a PNG/JPEG fallback <img> with intrinsic width/height, sized by a CSP-nonce <style>), configurable
  how-to steps of the <details> disclosure (howto_steps: translation keys or translated texts, [] hides it) and
  their translation_domain. New View\SetupTokenGate (immutable, worker safe) passed to setup/token.html.twig as
  tokenGate; new translation key setup.token.illustration_alt (7 locales). Hosts that copied the token page only to
  add art and copy can delete it (see UPGRADING).
