Session Categories v1.0.1

Fix remote-created sessions temporarily appearing at the bottom while creation timestamps synchronize. Membership changes now refresh without being skipped by an older in-flight request. Manual ordering and immutable creation-time sorting are retained.

修复 DeepPilot 等外部客户端新建会话暂时沉底及刷新竞争。保留手动排序，不按继续聊天时间跳位。

17 regression tests passed on Harness 0.2.1-rc.5. Actual iPhone creation flow remains pending user verification. Completion unread state remains client-local and may reset on reload.
