• Minimum supported Rust version raised to 1.89.0 (required by keepass 0.15+); prebuilt binaries are unaffected.
• Dependency updates: keepass 0.17.0, serde 1.0.229, serde_json 1.0.154, ureq 3.5.0, keyring 4.2.0; GitHub Actions (rust-cache, install-action). Supersedes the open dependabot PRs.
• kprun mcp behind an authenticated proxy (HTTPS_PROXY / HTTP_PROXY): credentials in the proxy URL are now percent-decoded (ureq 3.5.0), so a literal % in a proxy username or password must be written as %25.

Fixed

• kprun delete on a vault with attachments (e.g. one also used in KeePassXC) no longer moves another entry's attachment data onto a different entry or drops it; fixed by keepass 0.17.0.
• install.ps1 renames a running kprun.exe installed by cargo to kprun.exe.old instead of failing, so the new install wins on PATH.
