Migrates to the official codex-acp implementation while retaining the package name and ALwith extensions. Preserves provider catalogs, host tools, config revisions, native history, retries, predictions, async questions, prompt receipts, and fork replay. Verified with unit tests, six platform bundles, and real Codex concurrent sessions, restart replay, and fork continuation. Releases now use Trusted Publishing from this repository.
