Revamp the web-node on dev-net

• Ensure that the docker image mina-rust-frontend can be run and the web-node is running
  • Testnet tokens should be asked to John. @dannywillems has already one account, and will be responsible for testing it.
• Add to gitops-infrastructure and deploy an instance.
• Add to the website how the infrastructure can be deployed. It should be added in the web-node section available here
