Unable to set keyframe interval manually

Twitch complains whenever the keyframe interval isn't 2 seconds, and OBS Studio doesn't have an option for it. I think the old OBS does, but I'm not sure.

2 second keyframe interval is now applied on twitch automatically via the service module. 7c8ef6f

(Although manual setting of interval/etc won't be available until I make UI for it)

hitbox requires a 2 second keyframe interval as well, have you implemented this for that service as well?
