October Bus v0.1.0-rc.2 is an early release candidate for local development and integration testing.

Highlights:

  • Adds experimental configurations for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor Agent, and OpenCode.
  • Improves MCP structured responses across hosts.
  • Adds native archive checks before release publication.
  • Publishes the TypeScript SDK as @october-dev/october-bus.

Verification:

  • Six archives cover macOS, Linux, and Windows on amd64 and arm64.
  • Native smoke tests passed on macOS arm64, Linux amd64, and Windows amd64.
  • Every archive includes an SPDX SBOM and GitHub build attestation.
  • checksums.txt contains SHA-256 checksums for every release asset.

The harness configurations are experimental and are not compatibility guarantees yet. Platform code signing and notarization are not included in this release candidate. APIs and protocol behavior may change before 1.0.
