@odatano/nightgate 0.31.2

The dust snapshot check budget no longer cascades across wallets. No schema change, no circuit change.

  • NIGHTGATE_DUST_COLLAPSE_BUDGET_MS counts from the start of the check in the helper thread, default 120 s.
  • A check past the budget ends only that one; checks waiting behind it move to the restarted helper.
  • Save ticks of all wallets run one after another; a timer that fires during its wallet's running tick is skipped.
  • Worker thread RPC announces the start of a call.
