• Policy file contractCircuits: contract address to "*" or a circuit list; replaces allowedCircuits for calls on that contract; the contract counts as allowed.
• Grant allowedCircuits narrows every rule; a grant list that only a rule names is accepted and reaches the ruled contracts only.
• Admin getSponsorPolicy: floor.contractCircuits and effective.contractCircuits (contract, allCircuits, circuits).
• The refusal of a circuit outside the rules names the contract.
