@oddish3 oddish3 released this 28 Oct 21:00

Zotero TLDR 2.4.8 enables text selection in the TLDR panel. Drag across a summary, then use Cmd+C on Mac or Ctrl+C on Windows/Linux. The displayed text remains read-only.

Validation: all nine Node test files, TypeScript checking, and the production build passed. The packaged JavaScript contains the selection style. Mouse selection and clipboard use have not been tested in the live Zotero interface for this release.

Zotero compatibility remains 10.0.x. Supplement PDF remains 0.2.2. Its update entry and package are unchanged. The source archive includes the changed TLDR source and license.

Zotero 10: TLDR 2.4.7 and Supplement PDF 0.2.2

@oddish3 oddish3 released this 25 Oct 08:23

Zotero TLDR 2.4.7 and Supplement PDF 0.2.2 require Zotero 10.0.x.

TLDR uses Zotero 10 collection selection methods. Reports and duplicate cleanup process selected collections and their descendants. Saved searches do not expand the operation to a whole library. OCR distinguishes PDF replacement failure from indexing failure. A backup is retained.

Supplement PDF retains DOCX/PPTX originals and adds PDF reading copies. It requires LibreOffice.

Validation: nine TLDR Node test files, TypeScript, production build, Supplement PDF tests, and JavaScript syntax checks passed. Isolated Zotero 10.0.6 checks passed for plugin loading, DOCX/PPTX conversion, source retention, repeated conversion, single and multiple collection reports, PDF checks, complete indexing, and disable/re-enable. An older test installation found, installed, and activated both published updates. Public package downloads matched their SHA-256 hashes.

Install each XPI through Zotero Tools → Plugins → Install Plugin From File. Do not unpack it. A first manual installation is needed because older personal packages use placeholder update addresses.

updates.json includes both plugin IDs, compatibility limits, release-specific links, and SHA-256 hashes. Source files and build instructions are in plugin-sources.zip. TLDR derives from https://github.com/syt2/Zotero-TLDR under AGPL-3.0-or-later.
