2.1.2

[2.1.2] - 2026-08-01

Added

• Seekbar can show the track waveform, off by default (Settings → Interface)
• Drag folders, radio stations and tracks between the library, playlist and playlists panels
• macOS: animated dock icon while playing, can be disabled in settings
• Settings: ability to turn off global media key grabbing. Only X11 and legacy Windows builds grab keys; elsewhere the OS integration (MPRIS, SMTC, macOS) handles them, and Wayland forbids grabs
• Output device button shows the selected device name
• Album artist and disc number tags: columns, sorting, tag editor. Default sort now respects disc number

Fixed

• Playback follows cursor: removing the selected track no longer jumps to the first track or leaves playback silent
• Windows: duplicate Apps & Features entries after reinstall
• Linux: app icon shows again in PulseAudio/PipeWire volume mixers, broken by the .desktop rename in 2.1.1

Misc

• update vendored TagLib to 2.3.1
