Added the insert-only MCP tool insert_rows with atomic JSON batches, bound values, conflict protection, and trigger/read-only guards. Saved-query execution over MCP is restricted to read-only SQL.
Added update_rows for atomic updates selected by complete primary keys, with bound values, immutable keys, and trigger/cascade/conflict protection. MCP deletes and drops remain blocked.
