Patch release on top of v7.8.1 to support PHP 8.5. No API change.

  • Remove PHP 8.5 deprecations hit by the admin: non-canonical (double) cast in omputils.php (loaded on every CMS request) and curl_close() in the broken-link check.
  • Remove older deprecations logged on most CMS requests: optional parameters declared before required ones in three private methods, json_decode(null) and addslashes(null) (explicit string casts return the same values), and dynamic properties in CustomExceptionHandler (now declared public, the visibility they already had).

Verified on PHP 8.5.12 with Apache + PHP-FPM: CMS login, home and logout leave no log entries; lint clean on PHP 8.5, 8.3 and 7.2.
