• Rebuilt the web settings card in the official Plugins-page flat form language: the card is always open with no collapsible chrome and no feature switch, all fields render unconditionally under flat section headings (主代理 / 子代理 / 高级选项), and ONE footer Save/Discard pair replaces the per-section saves — Save writes the whole validated draft (Discard is kept; staged edits survive refresh). Self-drawn buttons, icons, and tooltips replace the @deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-primitives dependency, which is dropped from the client bundle and from peerDependencies.

Added

• Added localized plugin metadata and an icon: package-root locale/en.json / locale/zh.json (title "Fallbacks" / "故障降级" plus a one-line description) and a package icon.svg in the official gradient-tile style, declared through package.json (icon, exports["./locale/*.json"], files) so the Plugins-page detail view and component row localize automatically.

Removed

• Removed the config-level enabled switch (breaking): the Plugins-page row toggle is the master switch, and the runtime no-op gate re-keys to content presence — an empty configuration (no chains, time slots, or roles) behaves exactly like an uninstalled plugin. Stored profiles still carrying enabled: true/false load cleanly; the key is silently stripped from snapshots and saves and never re-persisted.
