• Fallback chain entries can be reordered: every chain row (default fallback chain, time-slot chains, role chains) has a trailing grip handle — drag it onto another row, or focus it and press ↑/↓.
• A role's collapsed header now shows its whole fallback chain separated by >, truncated with an ellipsis when it is too long (the full chain stays available on hover).
