omicos-core 0.4.6 — the analysis kernel (omicos CLI, bundled in the desktop app).

  • 新增:原生「桌面操作」工具集——让内核所在的机器能看屏幕、点击、输入(see-click-type),用于驱动桌面软件。

  • 证据模式向所有 Pro 成员开放:不再仅限组学领域,任何领域的 Pro 用户都可使用。

  • PDF 精确解析(MinerU):默认对整份文档做精确解析,并以本地解析器作为下限保证。

  • 压缩相关:DeepSeek 的思考模式在上下文压缩后仍保持;自动压缩后会保留一条用户消息。

  • 内核:发现已注册的 Python 内核;取消卡住的 Unix 执行并释放旧会话;收敛 notebook 源码搜索并流式返回工具完成状态。

  • 连接 / 供应商:接受连接出错后仍保留 SSH 监听;拒绝已退役的 Moonshot 请求;修复 BioNeMo 认证探测。

  • 修复:同步遇到无法读取的会话时跳过该会话,而不是中止整轮同步。

  • New: a native "desktop control" toolset — lets the machine hosting the kernel see the screen, click, and type (see-click-type), for driving desktop software.

  • Evidence mode is open to all Pro members — no longer limited to the omics domain; Pro users in any domain can use it.

  • Precise PDF parsing (MinerU) — precise parsing of the whole document by default, with a local parser as a guaranteed floor.

  • Compaction — DeepSeek's thinking mode is preserved across context compaction, and a user message is kept after automatic compaction.

  • Kernel — discover already-registered Python kernels; cancel stuck Unix executions and release the old session; bound notebook source searches and stream tool-completion status.

  • Connections / providers — SSH listeners are preserved after an accept error; retired Moonshot requests are rejected; the BioNeMo auth probe is fixed.

  • Fixed — sync now skips a session it can't read instead of aborting the whole sync pass.
