We're excited to announce a significant update to the CleverTap Gravity Forms Integration plugin! This release focuses on modernizing the form-specific settings interface, improving user experience, and ensuring that your configurations are saved and displayed correctly.

What's New & Improved:

  • Modernized Gravity Forms Integration: The plugin now fully adopts the modern Gravity Forms settings API. This means a more seamless and integrated experience within your Gravity Forms environment.

  • Dedicated Form Settings Menu: You will now find a dedicated "CleverTap Integration" menu item directly within the settings of each individual Gravity Form. This provides a clear and intuitive path to configure CleverTap for specific forms.

  • Improved User Interface (UI):

    • The form-specific settings now feature a cleaner, more consistent look and feel that aligns with Gravity Forms' native design.
    • Fields for email mapping and tags are dynamically shown/hidden based on whether the integration is enabled for that form, reducing clutter.
    • Clear visual indicators and messages provide immediate feedback on the status of your settings and successful saves.

  • Enhanced Settings Persistence: We've resolved issues where form-specific settings were not consistently saving or displaying after configuration. Your chosen email fields and tags will now correctly persist and be visible upon revisiting the settings page.

  • Better Display of Saved Configurations: The settings page now clearly displays the currently saved email field (including its label, not just the ID) and the associated CleverTap tag, making it easier to verify your setup.

How to Access the New Settings:

  1. Navigate to Forms in your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Select the specific Gravity Form you wish to configure.
  3. In the form's settings, click on the new "CleverTap Integration" menu item.
  4. Configure your settings and save.

We believe these updates will make configuring and managing your CleverTap integrations with Gravity Forms much more efficient and user-friendly.
