Drop the matching proxy DLL (whichever the target game statically imports — dinput8, dsound, winmm, or version) plus 3dvision4all.ini into the game's EXE folder.

For DX9 titles where the in-process stereo handle activates but IsActivated stays 0 (NV ships the game in a predefined profile with stereo compatibility off — e.g. Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate HD), also drop EnableWindowed3D.exe into the same folder and right-click → Run as administrator once. It writes the hidden StereoHiddenProfile DRS flag for every *.exe in that folder so 3D Vision activates in windowed mode.
