Latest stereo3d build

Automatic build from commit d5c7947 on stereo3d.

Windows zip bundles the v2.2.15 game assets and a freshly built srb2win.exe. LeiaSR mode additionally requires the LeiaSR Platform runtime to be installed on the machine (it is no longer bundled); without it the game runs normally and LeiaSR mode falls back to Side-by-Side.

Linux AppImage bundles the v2.2.15 game assets and a portable lsdlsrb2 binary. LeiaSR is not included (Windows-only); all other stereo modes (SbS, TaB, Anaglyph, Row/Column-Interlaced, Checkerboard) are available. If FUSE is unavailable, run ./SRB2-*.AppImage --appimage-extract-and-run.
