Fixes

Menubar visibility when a new provider is enabled

Enabling a provider used to reveal every provider you had hidden. The menu bar tracked visibility only as a saved list of visible names, so it could not tell "newly configured" apart from "deliberately hidden" - and the refresh that added newcomers appended the full set it found configured.

The menu bar now also records which configured providers it has already seen. Only providers appearing for the first time are added to a curated list, and a manual hide survives refreshes, settings saves, and restarts.

If you hid providers and then enabled Command Code in 2.14.4, upgrade to this release: the previously lost visibility choices take effect again, with Command Code added once.

  • Only genuinely new providers are appended to a curated visible list
  • A hidden provider stays hidden across /api/menubar/preferences saves, /api/settings saves, and daemon restarts
  • Summary and preferences endpoints now agree on visibility, and the menu bar template follows the server's decision instead of re-deriving it in JavaScript
  • Malformed or multi-account entries (codex:1) are matched by base key, so they are not re-appended on every request

Thanks to @iota31 for the fix.
