Fix build.Default.GOROOT for cross-compiled binary + add typed scanner debug logging
Full Changelog: v0.1.6...v0.1.7
v0.1.6
Bug Fix
Fixed cross-compiled binary failing to type-check on Linux/Windows.
When cross-compiling on macOS, the binary embedded the build host's GOROOT path. On the target machine, importer.Default() silently failed to find standard library packages, causing the typed scanner to produce no bindings. All features depending on Go type resolution (hover type info, go-to-definition, field completions, diagnostics) were broken.
The fix detects stale GOROOT at runtime and resolves it via go env GOROOT.
Also includes:
- Variable type resolution fix for Execute calls with variable arguments
- Debug logging in the output channel for binding diagnostics

v0.1.3
Bug Fix
Fixed type resolution for variable arguments in Execute calls.
resolveDataTypeViaTypes used only types.Info.Types, which excludes identifier expressions denoting declared objects (variables, parameters). When Execute is called with a variable (e.g., tpl.Execute(w, questions)), the data type resolved to nil, breaking hover, go-to-definition, and diagnostics for all template fields.
Now falls back to types.Info.ObjectOf for identifiers, correctly resolving variable types including anonymous structs.

What's New
- Platform-specific VS Code extension packages — each platform downloads only its own binary (~4 MB instead of ~21 MB)
- Bundled binary is now automatically made executable on Linux/macOS after install
