The first release under the name, and the first with the SDK as `basis`.

- `basis` — the SDK (was `lan-core`, then `basis-core`)
- `basis-acp` — the ACP adapter
- `basis-cli` — the CLI, installing as `basis`

Renamed from `lan`, which is taken on crates.io by the left Kan extension —
the owner also publishes `kan` and `yoneda`, so the name is fairly theirs.
