Highlights

  • Fixed post_generate hooks so numi generate --incremental refresh reruns formatting and other post hooks even when rendered output bytes are unchanged.
  • Restored compatibility for older hook scripts by exporting legacy hook environment variable aliases alongside the canonical NUMI_HOOK_* names.
  • Improved the CLI UX for generation runs with per-job progress output, visible hook command lines, and warning paths rendered relative to the current project root.
  • Tightened the starter hook documentation to reflect the canonical hook environment contract while keeping compatibility with existing scripts.

Upgrade notes

  • post_generate hooks now run during --incremental refresh even when the generated file content is unchanged.
  • Canonical hook environment variables remain NUMI_HOOK_*; legacy aliases without the NUMI_HOOK_ prefix are still exported for compatibility with existing scripts.
  • CLI warning and error path fragments now prefer paths relative to the current working directory when possible.
