This release corresponds exactly to the simulation results reported in the paper.
Phase 2 development will extend the architecture toward physical deployment,
targeting selective intent broadcasting to eliminate contested task targeting,
adaptive belief updating across dynamic mission conditions, quantised SLM
variants meeting real-time constraints, and physical platform validation across
heterogeneous robot systems.
