Update datasheets to match current gateware

All datasheets should be reviewed. Some that have confirmed updates are:

• FMC Host Digital IO Device datasheet for version 2 of firmware (sampling mode)
• Version 2 of the load test device
• RHS devices now include stimulus timing information and Rhs trigger device produces a dataframe
