Lack of coherent nav bar text alignment

The nav bar has no coherence to where text is aligned vertically and looks unprofessional

The fact that "Hardware" is not aligned with the bottom of ONIX is a mistake, it should be at the same level as this one:

I was asked to do this Hardware navbar as bottom-aligned although my original had the word center aligned with the ONIX logo like we have everything else.

Then if center alignment doesn't work, adjusting this would be somehting that needs to be done at a template level
