Added

• Added open-terminal run --isolated and OPEN_TERMINAL_ISOLATED=true to start without loading saved system or user settings. Environment settings and a file explicitly selected with --config still apply.

Changed

• Notebook support is now an optional install. Use pip install 'open-terminal[notebooks]' to include it. Open Terminal can start without the notebook packages, with notebook features disabled. The default Docker image still includes them.

Fixed

• Terminal connections can now drop and reconnect without immediately stopping the shell or its running programs. Output continues to be collected while disconnected, with up to 1 MiB kept for reconnection. Connected apps can resume from where they left off; terminals left disconnected for more than five minutes are closed during the next cleanup.
• Failed uploads no longer overwrite an existing file with incomplete content. The original file is replaced only after the upload has been fully written.
