Drupal 12 pattern sweep (PR #128) plus composer metadata.

  • composer.json: drupal/core ^10 || ^11 || ^12; drupal/ckeditor5_plugin_pack ^1.4 || ^2.0@beta (Drupal 11 resolves 1.x; plugin_pack 2.0 requires core ^12).
  • check_markup() replaced by a processed_text render element; EntityTypeManagerInterface type hint; $.cookie replaced by document.cookie (drops the core/jquery.cookie library); hook_views_data_alter() moved from openy_taxonomy.views.inc to openy_taxonomy.module (Drupal 12 no longer loads *.views.inc).

Drupal 11.3/11.4: the changes were reviewed against the 11.3 APIs and use only functions available there, but they were not run on 11.3. Run drush updb && drush cr on a copy before updating production.
