v0.12.0: NanoMind Semantic Compiler

The biggest architectural upgrade since v0.1. HackMyAgent is now powered by a compiler-style architecture where NanoMind understands artifacts semantically before any analysis runs.

Highlights

  • 28 AST-based semantic checks (capability, credential, governance, scope, prompt, code)
  • Self-securing CLI: verifies its own integrity on every startup
  • Skills builder: hackmyagent create-skill "what you need" generates secured skills
  • Defense-in-depth: NanoMind can upgrade but never suppress static findings
  • Input sanitization: defends NanoMind against prompt injection via malicious artifacts
  • 1,285 tests passing

Architecture

Every artifact → Secure Ingestion → NanoMind Compiler → Signed AST → Analyzers → Findings

Breaking Changes

None. All existing commands work exactly as before. The semantic compiler runs alongside static checks.
