Unicode Steganography False Positive Fix

  • @upstash/context7-mcp: 52/100 → 92/100 — emoji variation selectors (U+FE0F), i18n Cyrillic badges, and markdown code fence examples no longer trigger false CRITICAL findings
  • New NanoMind steganography analyzer with semantic context awareness
  • NanoMind enhancer now handles UNICODE-STEGO-* findings with confidence scoring
  • Retrained TME model v0.4.0 with steganography as 10th attack class (96.73% accuracy, stego F1=0.975)

Release Test Fixes

  • --json output no longer polluted by NanoMind download progress messages on stderr
  • fix-all now detects credentials in .env files by key name (API_KEY, PASSWORD, DATABASE_URL, etc.)
  • check-metadata now exports all 209 checks from taxonomy (was 9)
