Support creating GitLab merge requests from the desktop app

Feature request

Please extend the desktop app's Create pull request workflow to support GitLab.com and self-hosted GitLab, using GitLab's Merge Request terminology.

Expected workflow

After committing and pushing the current branch, users should be able to create a merge request directly from the desktop app:

• Detect the GitLab repository and source branch from the configured remote.
• Select the target branch.
• Enter or generate the title and description.
• Choose whether to create a draft or a ready merge request.
• Open the resulting merge request from the app.

Why this would help

The app already provides a convenient place to review, stage and commit changes. For projects hosted on GitLab, completing that workflow currently requires switching to the browser or asking the agent to use glab. Native support would make the same workflow available to GitLab users, including teams using self-hosted instances.
