Allow to change approval policy during running task #4394

What feature would you like to see?
We currently have the ability to specify the approval policy on the command-line or within codex via /approval but the latter seems not possible while there is an active task running.
I suggest to add the possibility to change the approval policy while a task is running. Often, I would start with the default approval policy but for some tasks, Codex is requiring a lot of confirmations. In this case, I would like to switch to full-auto in the mid of the conversation.
A more generic solution could be to allow entering any slash commands during an active task. This would also allow checking other information during an active task.
