The CI workflow no longer runs or checks sdk/typescript tests and excludes its filter from change detection, streamlining the Rust CI jobs.
- Add eslint-plugin-jest v29.0.1 to dependencies and pnpm lock - Update .eslintrc.json to include jest/globals env and jest plugin - Improves linting support for Jest test files
- Remove .eslintrc.json in favor of flat config with eslint.config.js using typescript-eslint preset. - Drop unused eslint-plugin-import and eslint-import-resolver-typescript dependencies. - Update scripts to invoke eslint via pnpm for monorepo compatibility. - Update pnpm-lock.yaml to reflect new dependency graph.
