create codex environment for a specific branch #1980

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like Codex to make PR to a specific branch - I would like to choose it on environment creation.
Currently I can change branch when giving a task, but it is tedios and frequently forgotten.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to set Codex to work on dev branch consistently but I'm not able to do it currently.
