FIleNotFoundError when using transcribe

Hello, I just installed whisper and wanted to test some stuff so i tried the following test code :

import whisper

model = whisper.load_model("base")
result = model.transcribe("test1.wav")
print(result["text"])

and get the following error

Any idea why ?
The file exists I have succeded reading it with the library speech recogintion

Check that the input file is complete. See this thread: #114 (reply in thread)

It seems that the ffmpeg executable is not available. Did you install the program, and can you check if you can launch it by typing simply ffmpeg in cmd.exe? (i.e. it's in the PATH environment variable)
