Fixes

  • Compare: preserve actual permission counts on failed runs, distinguish permission failures from runtime errors, and reject conflicting permission modes before reading prompt or policy input.
  • Sessions/Windows: retain witnessed descendants in the existing queue-owner lease before forced cleanup, so another updated client can finish partial cleanup after the owner exits. Preserve incomplete or unverified cleanup through heartbeat and release; all participating clients must be updated for this guarantee.
  • Embedding: preserve host logging during overlapping ACP prompts and when the application replaces its logger.
  • Runtime: reuse pending one-shot initialization when repeated creation options differ only by undefined fields or empty environment maps, avoiding duplicate agent sessions and retained clients.
  • Processes/Linux: retain witnessed descendants across wall-clock adjustments by comparing scoped kernel start ticks, and keep terminal group cutoffs and cleanup deadlines independent of wall time.
  • Output: preserve live JSON read suppression when client and agent request IDs collide, including queued prompts with overlapping controls, without changing the raw ACP message format.
  • Sessions: reuse parent-directory sessions within worktrees, submodules, and directories beginning with two dots, while respecting the nearest repository boundary.
  • Flows: execute empty-string node IDs, retain outputs and results for names such as __proto__, and validate and route only declared own graph entries.
  • Adapter startup: use the selected child environment and working directory for compatibility checks and diagnostics, honor host admission for every adapter invocation, and retire timed-out probes and inherited output pipes.
  • Sessions: preserve queue-owner leases when deeply nested retirement receipt data cannot be sized, instead of treating the owner as missing during recovery.
