Highlights

  • macOS root paths: accept differently cased root paths on case-insensitive filesystems and return consistent on-disk spelling. (#1022, #1025)

Fixes

  • macOS guarded reads: accept differently cased root paths on case-insensitive filesystems by binding native root spelling to the same directory identity. Thanks @0xtc23 for openclaw#181107. (#1022)
  • macOS realpath spelling: safeRealpathSync returns the on-disk spelling on POSIX, so differently cased paths resolve to the same identity that guarded opens use instead of looking like root escapes. Thanks @obviyus. (#1025)
  • Windows ACL facts: identify OS-verified local volume roots so consumers can distinguish ineffective DELETE-self grants from replaceable directory permissions, while retaining all ACL rights and fail-closed unknown/remote results. Thanks @WG-Mojo for openclaw#180892. (#1023)
