AgentSpec 26.3.1 is published!

AgentSpec 26.3.1 is here! This release updates key framework dependencies, adds MCP retry policies and DBMS Vector Chain LLM configuration, improves LangGraph integrations, and introduces opt-in sensitive field export for trusted local workflows.

What's new

Dependencies & integrations

  • Updated Microsoft Agent Framework to version 1.13.0.
  • Updated OpenAI Agents SDK to version 0.19.4.
  • Added DbmsVectorChainLlmConfig for configuring LLM requests executed through Oracle Database DBMS_VECTOR_CHAIN.
  • Added retry_policy support to MCPTool and MCPToolBox, allowing separate retry configuration for MCP tool resolution and execution.

Security & serialization

  • Serializers now support include_sensitive_fields for trusted local exports.
  • When enabled, serialization warns users that sensitive values may be included and identifies which sensitive fields were exported.

LangGraph improvements & bug fixes

  • Improved LangGraph tool confirmation handling for declared, typed, and multi-output schemas.
  • Denied tool confirmations now raise a clear runtime error instead of returning a synthetic denial value.
  • LangGraph Flow ToolNode conversion now consistently uses the shared converter path for supported tool types.
  • Fixed LangGraph MCP HTTPS client handling so a configured custom CA file is treated as the complete trust anchor set rather than being added to the system trust store.

Breaking changes

  • Removed the CrewAI adapter and its optional dependencies due to a CVE in a pinned CrewAI dependency, Chroma DB 1.1.0, at the time of this release.
