Error building Oracle XE 18c docker image in Oracle Linux 7.5 with UEK4 kernel 4.12

Got same error after updating system to "update 6" and UEK5 kernel...

Just now, doing a fresh new install using OEL 7.6 iso image from Oracle repositories
with UEK5 kernel 4.14.35...
GOT SAME ERROR...

Modified "Dockerfile.xe" to "FROM oraclelinux:7.6" and also got same error

Got same error even when user ("tecnica24") is in group "docker"
Tried:

1. login as user "tecnica24"
2. install docker as root user using "su" from user "tecnica24"
3. add user "tecnica24" to group "docker"
4. check docker is running ok as user "tecnica24", $ docker info
5. run "docker run hello-world" is OK
6. launch oracle xe 18c docker build as user "tecnica24"
   then got error

Could you please provide the entire build output from your failed build so I can compare it? Also, please make sure you run docker pull oraclelinux:7-slim first so that you're using the latest version of the parent image.
